We move through the stages in order: layout and excavation, steel, plumbing, shooting the shell, tile and coping, deck, interior finish, and startup. Cure time between stages is not wasted time, it is what makes the concrete strong. Around the finished shell we lay the NEC 680.26 equipotential bonding grid in 8 AWG copper and set ANSI/PHTA/ICC-7 anti-entrapment drain covers before we ever add water.
