Municipal Services
The CLD Municipal Services Team offers a variety of professional engineering services to cities and towns such as municipal roadway design, water and wastewater engineering, landfill closure, solid waste transfer station design, storm drainage analysis, planning board reviews and construction administration. The Municipal Team is experienced in assisting communities with fund procurement, grant applications and the administration of Community Development Block Grants, NHDOT Municipally Managed Projects and NHDES funds and Tax Increment Financing Districts.
CLD can assist community administrations with the development of ordinances and regulations and making public presentations on a wide variety of issues relevant to local officials and residents. Design services offered to communities range in scope and magnitude from replacement of simple culverts or reclamation of a town road to design and construction administration/inspection of multi-million dollar projects, such as the closure of a municipal landfill and/or construction of a municipal transfer system.
