Overview of the USEPA Storm Water Phase II Program Rules
|
| Why CLD
|
- CLD can assist municipalities in developing a Storm Water Management Program that includes Best Management Practices (BMPs) and measurable goals for each of the minimum control measures as designated by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The BMPs and measurable goals for each of these elements must be included in the permit application of the Notice of Intent (NOI).
- CLD has knowledgeable technical staff (engineers, planners, technicians and surveyors) with proven experience in National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitting throughout northern New England.
- CLD has the inhouse resources (e.g. CADD, GIS, database software and survey) to handle our client's needs during the permitting process in a quick and efficient manner.
- With offices in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont, we are located within close proximity to our clients.
CLD is currently under contract with a number of municipalities throughout Northern New England to establish the appropriate NPDES Phase II Programs and annual reporting processes.
Contact us today to find out how we may help your community become compliant with the NPDES Phase II regulations.
