NEW ENGLAND ENGINEER FIRM, FUSS & O'NEILL ACQUIRES CLD CONSULTING ENGINEERS
Manchester, CT - August 4, 2017 - Fuss & O'Neill Inc. ("Fuss & O'Neill") announced this week the acquisition of CLD Consulting
Engineers, Inc. ("CLD"), the result of which will establish a strong civil and environmental engineering presence in all six New
England states. The acquisition is effective today, and the two companies will combine business operations in the coming year.
CLD will bring their expertise in highway and bridge design, traffic/transportation services, municipal engineering and private
development to add to Fuss & O'Neill's 90+ years of land development, traffic/transportation, water resources, environmental services
and facilities engineering. Producing a company of nearly 350 engineers, scientists and planners, in 11 offices, the acquisition will
establish Fuss & O'Neill as a New England leader of civil and environmental engineering services.
